What should I know about delivery?

Can I return an item?
Our 30-day change-of-mind return offer applies to eligible unused items, subject to the conditions in our policy. Your legal rights for faulty goods and qualifying online cancellations are separate and remain unaffected. Contact us before sending anything back and read the full returns policy.
